By initializing **Keepr**, you legally consent and agree to operate within our secure Zero-Knowledge Service Boundaries[cite: 2].

1. Local Recovery Responsibility

Because Keepr executes under a complete client-side encrypted paradigm, the developer does not preserve nor have access to your database encryption keys or BIP-39 recovery phrases[cite: 2]. You are entirely and uniquely responsible for safely storing your 12-word recovery seed phrase. If lost, your financial records cannot be retrieved or restored under any circumstances.

2. Permitted Use & Entitlements

Keepr is provided as a personal and collaborative ledger tool. Subscriptions (such as multi-device synchronization features) are tracked exclusively through Google Play Billing entitlements. Abuse of serverless pathways, reverse engineering local database wrappers, or attempting malicious payload injections is strictly prohibited and will result in metadata account restriction.
